No. Any items not picked up during check pick-up on the day of the sale will be donated to a women's shelter. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS - we can not store items.
Super. Because our committee members go through thousands of items during inspection, and because they have to make sure each tag is filled out properly, it is really important that tags are attached to items in the way we request in the seller packet.
If you can't make it to check pick-up, you have a couple of options. You can send someone in your place to get your check. They will need to bring your signed Check Pickup Authorization form with them, as well as their ID. Checks will also be available for pickup in the church office for the week following the sale. All checks not picked up during that week will be mailed (no tags will be included in mailed check packages).
NO1 ALL LARGE ITEMS must be inspected at the check-in table upon arrival. Failure to check-in your large items will result in an automatic item rejection.
Unsold donated items are given to a number of local charities and organizations, including Hope & Friendship, Catholic Charities, foster kids & families, crisis pregnancy centers, battered women's shelters, and local homeless families.

Nope! Each of our committee members volunteers countless hours of their time away from their families to serve in this ministry.
Yes...our seller numbers go VERY FAST (within an hour for most sales) after the link opens. If you missed your chance to get a number, you can always sign up to our waiting list. While we can't guarantee that you will get a number this way, we are usually able to get a fair number of people off of the waiting list. Please note that this list is first come first served, so don't wait to sign up!
